The Marketing / Proposal Coordinator position provides support in the development of high-end qualifications packages. With an eye for detail, this position requires the ability to manage multiple projects at once, a passion for collaboratively crafting impactful pursuit materials, and an ability to effectively communicate the NV5 Brand. Experience in graphic design, RFQ preparation, copywriting, and database management are essential. The role will divide time between guiding projects and carrying out tasks to completion. Must be detail-oriented, work well in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong design, writing, editing, communication, organization, and computer skills with attention to detail.



Responsibilities

Essential Position Functions:

    Lead Qualifications/Proposals/Annual Qualifications development and production
  • Assist with BD process including Short List materials, Interviews etc.
  • Assist with Go/No-Go process and Capture Plans
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials i.e., resumes, project sheets, brochures, etc.
  • Digital Asset Management
  • Project and Client Database Management / CRM Data Entry


Qualifications

Requirements

  • BA/BS/ or AS degree with a concentration in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism or Communications
  • Experience in Environmental Consulting, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or commercial real estate organization
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, strong competency with InDesign as the principal layout tool
  • Experience managing the development and production of marketing proposals
  • Editing and tailoring existing materials, which may include interviewing staff/technical experts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Outlook specific)
  • Project and Client Database Management (CRM)
  • Experience with Data Asset Management

The pay range for this California position is $33.65- $38.46 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per California Senate Bill 1162. Base pay information is based on market location. Applicants should apply via the NV5 careers site.
