Our growing business is in need of a Warehouse Systems Support II team member. The successful candidate will provide technical support for the TTI warehouse. This position is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining all warehouse hardware and software, and will be proactive to avoid unplanned downtime and timely resolution of IT warehouse issues. This position will coordinate with internal key stakeholders and external, third-party service providers. Expands skills in own work area within an analytical method or operational process. Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise. Works within a standard operating procedure. Works with a limited degree of supervision.

Our Warehouse System Support II employees:



  • Log, process and resolve IT tickets (i.e. hardware, software and installations) to ensure a satisfactory response time for warehouse operations.
  • Mitigates concerns for escalated callers when appropriate to de-escalate. Escalates to senior team members based on event to ensure customer's needs are met.
  • Provides customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Ensures timely response to incidents by following up and updating tickets with relevant and accurate information as incidents are reported.
  • Transfers incidents to Level III support if not able to resolve.
  • Documents and tracks incident status until closed or resolved while keeping upper management informed of the status.
  • Follows warehouse support procedures and policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' related IT System support experience required.

  • Strong knowledge of Apple mobile devices preferred.
  • Experience working with standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Strong knowledge of printer and peripheral support.
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware.

Physical Requirements:



  • Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Must have the ability to position self to maintain computers and various network equipment in the buildings, including under desks, in the server rooms, and anywhere cabling installation and maintenance would be required for troubleshooting and optimal organizational connectivity and usage.
  • Exhibit manual dexterity to dial a telephone, to enter data into a computer terminal; to perceive and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids.
  • Detect and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; converse in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
