TYPICAL DAY AT WORK You will champion Continuous Improvement to enhance both customer and consumer experiences, utilizing structured methods and tools for clear and effective communication. As part of the Electrolux Always Improve (EAI) program, you will drive operational and commercial excellence in a fast-evolving environment. Your responsibilities will include leading and collaborating across functional and cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end process improvements throughout the North America Business Area, achieving high-impact results. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management across all levels of the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving the EAI vision: Lead and supporting the execution of EAI initiatives, ensuring they are embedded deeply into the organization's culture and values, while fostering employee growth and development.
- Performance management and strategic planning: Support of planning and performance management, and alignment of EAI initiatives with Electrolux's overarching goals, ensuring seamless integration into business operations.
- Target setting and pipeline development: Support the creation of clear objectives and strategies, guiding teams in setting ambitious targets and developing pipelines for success.
- Capability building: Lead the planning and delivery of training, workshops, and certifications, equipping employees with the skills needed to thrive in a culture of continuous improvement.
- Promoting continuous improvement: Cultivate an environment of ongoing innovation by spearheading recognition initiatives and celebrate achievements.
- Communication leadership: Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute a dynamic communication strategy that promotes EAI, aligning messaging with key organizational priorities and ensuring impactful outreach.
- Tracking and reporting performance: Oversee the development and maintenance of performance tracking tools and reporting systems, ensuring that progress is measurable and actionable.
- Collaboration and meetings: Organize and lead "Huddle" meetings to facilitate collaboration among Lean Process Owners, ensure alignment on ongoing projects, and maintain a transparent, up-to-date record of all team activities.
- Digital transformation: Take the lead in identifying opportunities for automation and digital solutions that drive efficiency and eliminate waste in existing processes.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Lean/Agile tools and Change Management principles.
- Proven experience leading and engaging cross-functional teams.
- Project/process management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
- Coaching skills and experience coaching individuals at various levels of a large organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of proven Lean experience.
- Lean Six Sigma certification required.
