- Estimated annual base pay: $152,800 (minimum) - $191,000 (midpoint) - $229,200 (maximum) Plus shift All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a facilities Director, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This position is responsible for developing and implementing facilities' strategies to align with organizational objectives and oversees all facilities and maintenance operations for specified locations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinates with executive leadership team on facility needs related to consolidation and or expansion.
- Serves as overall Program Manager on medium-high complexity facility projects, with direct responsibility for programming, cost, schedule, and coordinating outcomes with internal stakeholders.
- Serves as Woodward's representative to manage and be responsible for contracts established with architectural/engineering firms, construction companies, and other external contractors related to medium-high complexity facility construction and/or renovation projects.
- Responsible for (CTC) Collaborative to Cost activities on facility projects that yield deliverables that are highly functional and lowest total cost.
- Responsible for facility budget, capital plans and staffing requirements
What We Are Looking For
- US - bachelor's degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) required.
- Facilities/operations experience in an industrial environment required.
- Previous facilities management and leadership experience required.Proven history of successfully managing multiple projects, priorities, budgets, and deadlines of various sizes simultaneously.
- Ability to facilitate/identify solutions to complex facility related issues with internal stakeholders and external consultants/contractors.
- Ability to identify potential areas of risk on medium-high complexity facility projects and work mitigation activities to reduce.
- Effective interpersonal skills with all levels throughout the organization
