Reporting to the Director, under general supervision, plan, schedule and coordinate production of printed materials, design, prepress or printing services per customers' needs and/or project requirements. Provide consultation when receiving requests for print/design projects (by mail, phone and in-person), may provide estimates or confer with estimators, and enter into internal job management system; monitor progress of projects throughout production, confers with production management when problems arise to ensure production deadlines are met, keeps clients informed of job status, and perform other duties associated with the job intake process. Provide other associated administrative and production task support as assigned. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge to interpret client's files via electronic submission, CDs, disks, printing negatives, blue lines and color proofs (color keys, Match Prints, Cromalins, Iris prints, etc.) and paper characteristics. Key Responsibilities * 70% - Job Consultation And Coordinating/Planning Department Overview Repro Graphics, a division of the Campus Planning and Community Resources, provides design, print and copy services to the campus and UCDMC community. This position supports the planning and completion of services offered. POSITION INFORMATION * Salary or Pay Range: $23.08/hr. - $38.31/hr. (Dept. budgeted range: $23.08/hr. - $27.45/hr.
