SUMMARY:

The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for managing existing customer relationships, developing and managing projects, and working with Sales Representatives, Managers, and sister divisions to best service these accounts. In addition, the employee is responsible for identifying new prospects, soliciting, selling, and implementing Rand Whitney's products and solutions to companies. They work towards strengthening the business relationship and maximizing the penetration opportunities of existing customers.

This position is engaged in sales activities outside the office including but not limited to, creating relationships with decision makers, influencers, end users, current buyers and new prospects within an organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  1. Manage all business referrals received from ownership and ensure a high-quality experience for all assigned clients
  2. Assist with planning and overseeing new sales initiatives such as: RFQ/RFP processes, sourcing materials and managing customer transitions
  3. Manage, support and develop relationships and growth opportunities within new and existing accounts
  4. Work closely with internal supporting departments to ensure customer requirements are met
  5. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for sales growth
  6. Developing quotes and proposals for clients for new opportunities, cost reductions and value engineering
  7. Identify needs and implement solutions to increase revenue
  8. Escalate issues and concerns to production, design and other critical functions to improve quality, service and all deliverables
  9. Create synergy between the various Rand Whitney divisions and other businesses to capitalize on all opportunities for revenue generation
  10. Special projects and assignments as needed for business
  11. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



  • 2-4 years of business, sales, marketing, retail, product/brand management, or manufacturing/production experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management or related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated
  • Result Orientated
  • Organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project management experience
  • Corrugated packaging experience
  • Design and graphics experience
  • Technical experience with carton erecting equipment
