Rates can be found in Appendix C. Not medical or dental benefit eligible. Primary Objective of Positions: Ensure a safe and fun environment for students, staff, parents, and spectators participating in a youth t-ball league for children ages 3-5. Job Responsibilities: Set up site and equipment for games; replace at the end of the day. Assist, supervise and help train volunteer coaches; offer coaching support as needed. Maintain game schedule. Assist coaches in keeping games fun, safe, and under control. Greet coaches, players, and parents before play begins; review game rules with coaches; welcome spectators, introduce teams, and announce games. Maintain equipment. Maintain First Aid Kit and issue items when needed. Monitor fields and rest rooms for safety and appropriate use; be visible and accessible to users at all times; enforce District policies. Maintain a high level of professionalism. Job Qualifications: Evidence of successful experience in working with young children. Evidence of successful experience in program leadership Evidence of excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality. Evidence of ability to handle multiple tasks Certified in First Aid and CPR. Email To A Friend Print Version
