Analyst-Corp & Bus Development - Storyteller

This role will serve as a subject matter resource (SMR) for business storytelling and visual design, producing compelling stories that enable our business to make informed data influenced decisions. A business story designer demonstrates a deep understanding and application of business storytelling skillsets and experience. The approach to work influences key stakeholders by conveying insights that can drive strategic decision-making. Business story designer prepares detailed storyboards showing sequence and timing of story development while championing a user/audience-centric design philosophy to provide great experiences for customers, business partners and employees.

This role will also support SharePoint administration for the Corporate & Business Development Department and other duties as assigned.

• Relevant education and experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication, training and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and exhibits a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to challenge story effectiveness and collaborate on new ideas for increased comprehension and retention.
• Demonstrated flexibility, resilience, initiative and creativity
• Experience in storytelling to senior leadership and experience in a variety of design tools.
• Extensive experience in visual design, data visualization and best practices to tell actionable stories.
• Demonstrated advanced skills pertaining to presentation development
• Team player with a positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills who can work well with technical and non-technical staff across various functions
• Ability to take initiative and proactively identify issues/opportunities as well as recommend actions - capable of anticipating and answering client's next question
• Ability to lead work and drive pace towards quick and effective decisions
• Ability to identify top drivers of corporate strategy and align storytelling efforts to drive value in these areas
• Demonstrated advanced skills pertaining to storytelling, communication, visual design, and technical applications including PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote
