We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Strategic Bids Pricing and Data Analyst

The Strategic Bids Pricing and Data Analyst has significant impact in increasing Incora's growth and win rate by owning pricing and deal financials. Balancing competitive customer pricing selections and proposal profitability during the Bid Phase for all strategic opportunities in region.

The role will work closely with the Commercial organization, Bid Management and Bid Sourcing Teams to collaboratively build a customer proposal that encompasses our customer requirements of quality, delivery, and cost.

Bid proposals are based on multiple sources of data and are collated and analyzed using appropriate Excel-based tools and interaction with internal MRP systems and processes. This role requires multi-tasking and excellent communication skills to ensure risk assessment and profitability throughout the multi-year period of contract performance.

The process includes having extensive knowledge of the Aerospace industry, application and creation of appropriate financial analytics, and ability to understand all customer requirements. This role needs to manage multiple offers, improve internal commercial organization and customer relationships, understand competitive pricing levers, and assist in contract negotiations, repricing initiatives, and renewals.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in a relevant subject
  • 1+ years' experience of creating, issuing, and analyzing customer RFQs.
  • Previous commercial experience, in new business acquisition.
  • Develop, secure buy-off, and execute pricing strategies and activities in collaboration with team members, commercial sales group, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Work directly with internal/external customers on a regular basis, providing timely, appropriate, and accurate responses to inquiries and requests
  • Monitor and track internal pricing progress against bid due dates and other bid requirements
  • Maintain files for RFQs
  • Coordinate information as needed with sales, purchasing, quality, and other appropriate departments to support the RFQ process
  • Build extensive networks and knowledge base
  • Support internal KPI's, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to targets and timescales
  • Initiate price negotiations with internal/external customers, and support with management of their governance where appropriate.
  • Support bid approval reviews as required
  • Participate in and practice continuous improvement and/or process improvement efforts
