Job Summary: IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:Communicate with prospective graduate students in person, or over the phone, and via email or text. Communicate Northeastern's master's degree, certificate, and endorsement programs, policies and procedures. Provide customer service to prospective, current, and returning graduate students, guests and callers as they arrive in Graduate Admissions Office. Learn and communicate the graduate application and admission process. Conduct phone campaigns, assist with developing Slate communication campaigns and assist graduate recruitment with special recruitment and event projects. Job Description:
Minimal Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Any one or combination totaling one (1) year (12 months) from the categories below: A. Coursework in any discipline as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:
B. Work experience in administrative support, admissions and enrollment, customer service, public relations, records management, or closely related experience. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Hours may vary depending on departmental needs) This position requires a background check.
