About This Position

Schedule: Monday - Thursday

Hours: 5:30am - 4:00pm with some Fridays

The Warehouse Office Administrator handles all inbound customer calls, emails and addresses customer questions regarding orders as well as makes outbound calls as necessary. This role will also provide customer with information on, order status, order tracking, process credits, and general information. The position will also spend time in the Warehouse and may be responsible for reading, organizing, preparing, and delivering orders to various areas in the warehouse.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls to assist with product questions and order status, inventory, quotes and claims. Responding to customer emails and faxes.
  • Support the site's strategy while effectively providing solutions for customer satisfaction.
  • Track orders within the process and ensure customers are receiving call backs and follow- ups timely.
  • Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Alert management of issues or concerns that require escalation for complete resolution or which may indicate a larger, underlying problem.
  • Express and maintain a positive, professional, and upbeat attitude when speaking with customers at all times.
  • Effectively communicate and ensure all order related issues are acknowledged within a timely manner and communicated to the customer.
  • Pick a cart full of product from various floor locations.
  • Gather and organize orders to kit based on the schedule.
  • Communicate needs effectively with material handlers and facilitators.

Compensation

  • Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels
  • Weekly pay, every Thursday

What You'll Need

  • At least a High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrates the adaptability to work independently, but also with a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle
  • Must be confident with direct, clear and concise communications with other departments to resolve any outstanding customer issues.
  • Results oriented and self-motivated
