About This Position Schedule: Monday - Thursday Hours: 5:30am - 4:00pm with some Fridays The Warehouse Office Administrator handles all inbound customer calls, emails and addresses customer questions regarding orders as well as makes outbound calls as necessary. This role will also provide customer with information on, order status, order tracking, process credits, and general information. The position will also spend time in the Warehouse and may be responsible for reading, organizing, preparing, and delivering orders to various areas in the warehouse. Primary Job Responsibilities:
