Position Summary

As a Solution Architect at Mediabrands, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the configuration and global rollout of our key software solutions, including Happyfox, Grasp, and other platforms. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in adtech, who can translate business requirements into application frameworks that ensure scale, security, and reliability. This includes the seamless adoption, compliance, and governance across all our markets.

Additionally, you will serve as the global point of escalation for internal and agency-related questions, managing inquiries from our user base and agency partners and ensuring alignment with our technology and operational standards.

In this role you will collaborate with the Mediabrands automation team in developing automation opportunities and adjusting platform configurations, as needed, to implement new features.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and the existing technical environment when evaluating software and solution needs.
  • Lead the design, configuration, deployment, integration, and governance of global software solutions, ensuring consistency and best practices across markets.
  • Provide strategic governance to ensure software systems operate effectively and in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Drive global adoption by developing clear, user-friendly guidelines, training programs, and communication strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for agency-related questions, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and clear guidance to agency partners.
  • Manage incoming agency inquiries regarding software platforms, governance, and compliance, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and software vendors to optimize tools and ensure they meet business needs, continuously improving solutions.
  • Monitor and report on system effectiveness, making recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Operations, IT, Finance, Business leads and others to align software solutions with business goals and objectives.



Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role within the adtech industry, designing and developing robust applications.
  • Technical knowledge to understand how technology can be used to solve business problems.
  • Analytical in evaluating data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations.
  • Strong expertise in global software governance, deployment, and adoption strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with global teams and agency partners, advising stakeholders and keeping them updated on progres.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams and markets.
  • Experience leading global technology rollouts and managing adoption strategies.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements in the adtech space.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution, including the ability to fix technical issues as they arise.
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and come up with creative solutions independently, reflecting resilience and flexibility.
  • Strong sense of responsibility in managing one's workload and the outcomes of one's efforts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Knowledge of Power Apps and expertise in Power Automate (flow design, approval workflows, integration with Snowflake SQL) a plus.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
