The Project Engineering Manager will manage multiple project engineers and a multi-million dollar capital budget at our Ashland City residential water heater manufacturing facility. This will include managing the capital green sheet attainment, spend attainment, manage projects varying in complexity from small to medium from start to finish so that projects are completed on time and within budget. Mentoring engineers to perform the engineering team to work to complete assigned projects. Implementing an established project plan; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; identify, resolve, or escalate operational problems and minimize delays.
