Essential Job Functions The Senior Firmwide Presentation Designer will deliver superior graphical production support and consultation to attorneys, legal assistants and expert witnesses. They are experts regarding the use of specialized graphics as visual aids to assist juries, judges, arbitrators and mock juries in matters involving complex litigation. This position requires at least 5 years of technical experience providing some combination of graphics creation, support at pre-trial and at-trial functions. The Senior Firm-wide Presentation Designer must be self-motivated, diligent, disciplined, resourceful, organized, be able to multi-task, and operate especially well under time constraints and similar demanding influences. Superior written and oral communication skills are required, as are the abilities to cultivate customer relationships and foster collaborative relationships with attorneys, legal assistants and colleagues. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite required; working knowledge of 2D/3D animation and modeling software a plus. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.) Work closely with trial teams to develop graphic recommendations for effective visual communication of case themes. Conceptualize, design, revise, and oversee completion of high-level graphics, illustrations, and animations. Create, revise and reformat PowerPoint presentations, developing and maintaining litigation-specific formatting, style, and consistency. Provide on-site trial support, serving as point of contact and directing workflow when multiple designers present. Assist with marketing and promotion of Firm's internal trial resources. Build and maintain strong working relationships with attorneys, legal assistants and colleagues. This position is 70% billable. (35 or 37.5 hours). Qualifications & Requirements Education, Work Experience, Skills Minimum required and preferred qualifications needed to effectively perform the job. Education. Bachelor of Arts or Science from accredited College or University, preferred. 5+ years of Legal Technology experience, required. Technologies/Software Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite required; working knowledge of 2D/3D animation and modeling software a plus. WORK ENVIRONMENT "This job operates in a professional home office environment. This role routinely uses standard home office equipment such as computers, multiple displays, phone, web camera, internet." Compensation The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in each of the below locations.
