The Milling Operator is responsible for setting up, monitoring, and operating milling equipment, as well as solving problems related to quality, materials, and equipment in collaboration with engineering teams. This role involves working to a daily schedule, meeting or exceeding output targets, and understanding the product flow and handling procedures within the department. The Operator will also handle chemicals such as paints, adhesives, silicones, and primers on a daily basis. Additionally, they will collaborate with High Performance Teams to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
