Responsibilities About Us: Join our innovative Test Data Management Team, where we provide engineering solutions to solve complex problems across our organization. Our engineering solutions are implemented on multiple platforms including Public Cloud, On-Prem, and Mainframe. Bring your talents into our strong engineering team to help build & support solutions for our organization. Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced full stack Lead Software Engineer that will maintain existing solutions, facilitate migration to AWS, and engineer new solutions utilizing latest technologies, including AI. This role involves working with large volumes of data and leveraging data-driven processes to manage workflows effectively. Potential starting Salary is $85,500 - $175,000 annually. Because work-life-balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week! Salary offered is dependent on skills and qualifications, with the high end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience.
