YOUR ROLE The HR Generalist is responsible for providing administrative and strategic support and coordination for HR and employment related activities for assigned business unit. Serves as contact for employees and answers questions regarding HR policies and procedures. Partners with HR Manager on issues involving policies and procedures, compensation, benefits administration, labor law compliance, and employee relations.
