Temple University's College of Education is searching for a Director of Career and Experiential Learning. Salary Grade: T27 Learn more about the "T" salary structure here: https://careers.temple.edu/sites/careers/files/documents/T_Salary_Structure.pdf Job Summary: The Director of Career and Experiential Learning in the College of Education and Human Development provides leadership and oversight for the career development, student engagement, and experiential learning initiatives in the college, managing relevant programs and services for undergraduate and graduate students across diverse programs and certificates. The Director will lead assessment and evaluation efforts of unit initiatives in collaboration with the Assistant Director of Career and Student Development, Experiential Learning Coordinator, and Field Placement Administrator. The director will work collaboratively with the Assistant Dean and CEHD advising to identify opportunities for integrating academic and professional development experiences. This position requires a deep understanding of student needs, student engagement and career development, a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to promote student success.
