B2B Sales Enablement Manager Job Locations

Overview How you can make a difference The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies, content and processes to support the sales process. As an individual contributor, this role will help bring the voice of the field back into the business and use those insights to create and execute sales initiatives that drive revenue. You will focus on onboarding, training, coaching, and continuous enablement to drive sales effectiveness. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather insights, understand our value proposition, and integrate learnings into our sales trainings and materials. The ideal candidate has a passion for education and storytelling, experience creating engaging learning materials, and a strong understanding of sales methodologies. The Sales Enablement Manager will report to the AVP of Partner and Sales Enablement. What you'll be doing Onboarding & Training:
Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales team members.
Sales Enablement & Content Development:

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
