Job Overview:
Members of the IT&S Group, specializing in Etime & Advanced Scheduler apps. Required to provide integration support with ERP or other enterprise applications (Axiom & Qgenda). Provide functional production support to affiliates sites; assist in the implementations of new affiliates, and to assists with upgrades of new releases and other system technical functions.
Qualifications:
Required:
- An Associate's degree in IT, Business Admin or related field is required or 3 to 5 years of equivalent experience.
- Must be able to function in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Must be able to accept customers need to constantly reprioritize projects.
- Key contacts at affiliate sites (Administrators, Super Users, and various other end-user personnel).
- Must work well with other PeopleSoft IT&S Team members, including consultants.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin or related field.
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
Scheduling requirements:
- Full-time, Day
- Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
- May be required to travel to different affiliates as needed.
Essential Functions:
Time and Labor Management Application:
- Member of the EBIS IT&S Group providing Functional Support for Time and Attendance and Tax updates.
- Specializing in Time and Attendance systems like ADP Etime & Advanced Scheduler or Workforce Manager or Kronos applications.
- Required to provide integration support for HCM and/or other enterprise applications like Axiom, Qgenda.
- Understand the technical capabilities of the applications and supporting infrastructure.
- Work with entire business owners to understand business priorities and support the configuration of software to enable supporting processes.
- Understand and document data model to facilitate analytics.
- Follows IT/departmental standards, procedures, and project documentation requirements
- Analyzes the requirements for programs and define the overall structure
- Provides assistance to other staff members on selected functional and technical issues
- Responsible for the analysis of systems with a focus on technical internal/external specifications, configurations, testing and documentation
- Monitors application of time attendance policies, procedures and programs to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives and vision.
Staffing, Scheduling tools & Clocks:
- Accesses Staff scheduling system to help troubleshoot payroll processing or integrations issues and advises add entries both systems on tables.
- Responds promptly and professionally. Analyzes client issues to determine if resolution can be found on initial call or engage Tier 3 Support.
- Effectively troubleshoots replicates and develops workarounds for client issues.
- Monitors system testing during conversion ensuring accuracy.
- Ensure timely closure of helpdesk tickets related to ADP system.
- Review the applicable governing regulations (HIPAA, PCI-DSS) to ensure proper program support and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshoot, and resolve any reported problems, enable best practices and maintain system documentation.
- Work closely with application development teams and vendors to tune and troubleshoot applications
- Address fully problem management activities such as issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Complete daily monitoring and maintenance activities of the application.
- Lead and participate in efforts to develop and implement processes for application and system monitoring.
- Lead and assist other junior analysts in resolving production issues.
