Job Summary:
As a Sr. Software Engineer at OpenGov, you will develop top-tier SaaS solutions that enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability in government agencies. As a crucial member of our engineering team, you'll lead and deliver new features and improvements in a fast-paced, agile environment, utilizing modern technologies such as ReactJS, Javascript, GraphQL, and NodeJS. We seek a driven individual who excels in a collaborative setting and can effectively work in a distributed team set-up. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for maintaining the highest standards.In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design, implement, and optimize complex applications for performance and scalability while tackling unique technical challenges. Success in this position will rely on your ability to work closely with product, UX, and platform engineers and your capacity to execute tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance.
The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate's geographical location.
