Description
This is a Full time, benefitted position at La Jolla Memorial Hospital. The shift varies but could start as early as 0430 and PACU is open until 11pm. The shift is 10.25 hours and 60 hours per 2 week pay period. This role will be trained to work in PreOp/PACU and Cath Lab recovery as a Peri anesthesia nurse. PACU is open on Saturday and there is occasional weekend call. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision.
