MGR REAL ESTATE PROJ MGMT
This position is to serve as the primary contact for the delivery of all project management services for both corporate and banking center locations and will align those with the overall CRE strategy, goals and objectives. This includes oversight for both medium and large scale projects, workplace strategy, design, kit of parts, change management and outsource provider performance. Role will be accountable for annual budget objectives and individual project performance both timing and budget. This person will work with key business stakeholders and interface with executive leadership to present project updates and status on key deliverables. This includes responsibility for all executive level presentations and setting/achieving all metrics/SLA's.
Position Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Accountable for managing vendors execution of all phases of project management including procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closeout phases of the project. Focuses on scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk management.
- Responsible for measurable performance and ensuring all workstreams are on on-track for goals and objectives and managing to overall project budget. Establish all KPIs, metrics, and SLAs for project management delivery.
- Ability to identify complex project risks, lead contractibility reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Lead workplace innovation projects: Organize resources, meet with leadership and other internal stakeholders, conduct interviews, run workshops, conduct, and analyze surveys. Gather, analyze, and summarize data in easy-to-understand presentations.
- Owns relationship with business partners such as Technology, Security, Retail and all impacts to design standards.
Workplace Strategy
- Responsible for understanding and executing complex workplace strategy.
- Ability to understand and provide recommendations related to current trends in real estate, return to the office, space programming (determining headcount to space/square footage ratios) and interior design.
- Responsible for analyzing different dimensions of the organization, translate critical business/work processes into workplace models and infrastructure requirements.
Relationship Management
- Build and manage key partnerships with vendors and major stakeholders across organization. Responsible for regular communication and presentation of project management status to stakeholders including executive level leaders.
- Partners with RE Market Managers to execute projects within a cohesive plan.
- Responsible for leading each business unit from dedicated space to flexible, collaborative workspace through CoWork initiative.
- Provide expertise to identify and prepare risk mitigation tactics. Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
- Ability to influence others including executive leadership through change management plans.
Financial and HR Management
- Responsible for financial performance of projects, including budgeting, actual results and reporting.
- Responsible for expense monitoring and control.
- Responsible for selecting, motivating, and retaining high performing talent, cultivating a spirit of teamwork and continuous improvement with shared goals and objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited universityor 4 of years of relavent experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Environmental Science, Management, or related field
- 8 years of experience in progressive real estate project management including workplace strategy and design
- 7 years of experience managing vendor relationships
- 6 years of experience translating complex real estate projects into clear executive level presentations
- 4 years of experience in Real Estate strategic planning
Licenses & Certifications:
- Project Management Professional preferred
Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
