Responsibilities

Arcfield is looking for a Systems Engineer (SE)to join our team to support the SharePoint website design, identifying and virtualizing Sponsor's processes customizing workflows, and supporting collaboration and organizational effectiveness. The SE will support the management of a knowledge sharing infrastructure and establish metrics to measure performance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the SharePoint administrator for the Sponsor organization
  • Present customized solutions for government approved requirements and government approval
  • Design and implement SharePoint solutions in support of the Sponsor's operations based on Government approved requirements
  • Apply best practices for designing and leveraging knowledge of the Microsoft SharePoint solution stack and enterprise application integration involving portals, collaboration, enterprise content management, business intelligence, business process enablement, and forms
  • Maintain documentation and configuration control of SharePoint solutions
  • Coordainte with IT and Security ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Support solutions in SharePoint using out-of-the-box configurations and front-end Web technologies
  • Solicit requirements from each government functional lead and document all requirements for approval
  • Document SOPs
  • Pilot government approved solutions with applicable staff and make appropriate adjustments required to gain government acceptance of an implemented solution
  • Support and host training seminars/guides for employees and support staff on how to utilize each SharePoint tool.
  • Maintain SharePoint tools
  • Assist with dashboards and reports supporting government oversight and measure performance, compliance, risks of IT investments

Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree (or 3/+ equivalent experience) in a relevant field with a minimum of 8 years' experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Sponsor processes and procedure (or other DoD and IC agencies) to coordinate the workflow and activities
  • Experience with researching and implementing new IT-related technologies
  • Prior experience supporting IT strategies to enhance efficiency
  • Expertise with identifying IT capability gaps
  • Demonstrated expertise with performing Service Desk responsibilities for SharePoint
  • Strong understanding of IT compliance and regulations, to include IC and DoD cybersecurity requirements
  • Knowledge and working expertise with multiple cloud providers and infrastructures
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Administration
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook)
  • Excellence in diplomatic, organizational time management, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills

Equal Pay Act

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
