Responsibilities

Arcfield is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team to assist in reviewing and verification of documentation for Government review and acceptance. The selected candidate will provide accuracy, completeness, and compliance of acquisition and procurement packages.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide contract management acumen support to the Sponsor's Acquisition team
  • Assist with the development of reports, consolidation of acquisition-related documents and data points to in support of Sponsor decision making
  • Establish acquisition planning, as required
  • Perform security reviews on Contract Data Classification Guides (CDCGs) or Performer Vulnerability Assessments (PVAs)
  • Provide reviews of Statement of Work (SOW) and/or Statement of Objectives (SOO)
  • Review solicitation and amendments packets
  • Create proposal evaluation plans (PEP) and proposal preparation instructions
  • Draft business reviews (BRs) and contract documents and modifications
  • Review grants and Other Transactional Authorities (OTA)

Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree (or 3/+ equivalent experience) in a relevant field with a minimum of 8 years' experience
  • Experience with processes and procedures coordinating front office workflows and activities
  • Skilled at handling executive-level styles, methods, professional relationships, and authorities
  • Excellence in diplomatic, organizational time management, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
  • Recognized experience in designing, developing and delivering executive level communications on organization transformation and business process changes. Ability to prepare presentations and to present information to senior managers
  • Verified interpersonal effectiveness, political savviness, and communication skills to interact with all levels of the workforce and write and present program artifacts that are appropriately tailored to meet the information needs of the audience
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience coordinating and working action items to completion
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work independently; self-starter
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook)
  • Managing workflow of high volume, fast-paced, continually adapting office
  • Experience writing cables and interacting with international locations, and other organization's protocols
  • Expertise with enabling COTRs and COs in executing their requirements and answering organizational process questions on the acquisition lifecycle
  • Experience with responding to data calls for action
  • Demonstrated experience with drafting SOPs, training materials, templates, and business tools to enhance knowledge and improve business operations

Equal Pay Act

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
