Job Summary: Reporting to the Program Manager, Culture & Talent, the HR Intern will support talent management and inclusion initiatives aligned with strategic imperatives. This position will provide real-world HR experience while supporting the employee life cycle, attracting and retaining talent, employee development, career development, building inclusive environments, as well as exposure to other HR functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Research, review, and create content to support current HR and Talent Management initiatives
- Compile, analyze, build surveys, and provide metrics to show program engagement and effectiveness
- Coordinate training activities and provide logistical support
- Evaluate the Talent Resource Center and provide recommendations for content that will strengthen our leadership capabilities
- Provide support to HR Operations, Compensation, HR Partners, Payroll, Benefits and Talent Acquisition as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications Education and Certifications
- 4-year college degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or other related field in progress.
- Open to students starting their senior year.
- 3.0+ GPA.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working with due dates.
- Self-starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility.
- Ability to manage multiple projects - individual and team-based
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with SharePoint
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
