Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; orMaster's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Duties and Tasks:

  • Responsible for financial and administrative responsibilities including facilities, logistics,
    and activities such as budgeting, reporting, and facilities coordination
  • Performs detailed administrative, office management, financial and analytical activities for a
    function, department, program, or organization
  • Support Program Managers & Program Team with the following tasks:
    • Responsible to book domestic and international travel for program teams
    • Manage expense reports and expense report status for program teams
    • Manage inventory and shipping of program material
    • Support new business proposals by utilizing the GDMS proposal tool to input both labor and material estimates
    • Lead logistics for customer meetings including invites, room setup and catering
  • May provide work leadership for lower level employees
  • Prepares, processes, monitors and updates required reports and documents including budgets,
    schedules, purchase requests and forms
  • Prepares, develops and updates charts and graphics for presentations
  • Coordinates small projects to support the organization
  • Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
  • Contributes to the completion of departmental and/or program projects and goals
  • May serve as liaison for administrative tasks with other functions such as Facilities, Security, IT
    and HR
  • May be a subject-matter expert on the use of one or more business-related tools such as company's
    time-reporting, training or expense reporting system

  • Frequent use and proficient knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards
  • General application of concepts and principles
  • Expense reporting system fluency
  • Works under only very general supervision
  • Grasps and applies new information quickly; handles more complex assignments
  • Shows initiative on assignments, exercises independent judgment and professionally executes
    projects with little direction
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams

Target salary range: USD $111,526.00/Yr. - USD $126,725.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
