E-Commerce Category Merchant - Desktops, Visuals and ThinkSmart

We are looking for the person who challenges the ordinary and seeks to innovate in learning, while also balancing execution. We are looking to hire a Product Manager to own end-to-end responsibilities for the ThinkCentre, Visuals and ThinkSmart portfolio for North America Lenovo.com. Having a dedicated resource with increased focus will allow for more timely competitive analysis, focused campaign plans, and enhanced product knowledge and ability to position the value to multiple segments of online customers. This individual will report into the Sr. Manager Commercial, eComm Product.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, offer promotion, pricing, and online initiatives
  • Develop quarterly campaign plans complete with portfolio mix detailing product line revenue, profit, and volumes.
  • Partner with extended Web Merchandising and Marketing to coordinate and execute demand generation initiatives.
  • Work with design team to develop site assets as part of promotional campaigns
  • Partner with teams to formulate and execute online product launches.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of pricing, configurations, and offers from OEM direct competitors
  • Develop and deliver sales training
  • Work closely with Product Business Unit to influence configuration selections to ensure that assortment maximizes configurability and margin effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot issues in Configurator, SAP Hybris, and other tools used in the creation and publication of offers to Lenovo.com
  • Work closely with Enablement team to ensure products and options are made available in appropriate catalogs for product or hardware launches
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to monitor and react to changes in product lead-time status discoveries that are forged from our shared achievements at Lenovo as we drive the next generation in technology.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar study
  • 5 years of work experience in e-commerce in PC or related industries

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving sales tactics and objectives
  • Ability to collaborate with extended teams, including communication, open-mindedness, & conflict resolution
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
  • Strong experience recognizing value proposition and how it relates to customers' needs
  • Ability to perform quickly and adapt to change
  • Positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and tools (Adobe Analytics, Understanding of Demand Generation techniques)
  • Strong analytical, data forward and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
