Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am).

• Tools used in this position will vary depending on the placement of the worker.

• Regular, dependable attendance is an essential function of this position.

Neck Popper:

• Cut neck off of chickens after neck popper machine.
• Inspect the chicken for fecal contamination and rework it.
• Vacuum chicken for disease or contamination and then wash chicken.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pit Operator:

• Using pallet jack, remove tanks full of chicken parts from coolers to production line or from production lines to condemn room.
• Responsible for moving tanks full of eligible product to the cooler for storage and removing selected products from the storage room as requested by supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Most positions require standing eight (8) hours or more on a concrete floor.
• Must be able to perform rapid and repetitive movement and grasping of thehand.
• Must be able to work in a cold, damp environment.
• Many positions required lifting up to 85 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check.
