Summary Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, in cooperation and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, the Nurse Manager is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the Sub-Acute Rehab unit. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing and/or Administrator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Customer Service Responsibilities Demonstrate excellent customer service and standards of behaviors as well as encourages, coaches, and monitors the same in team members. This individual should consistently promote teamwork and direct communication with co-workers and deal discretely and sensitively with confidential information. Responsibilities in Quality Improvement Contribute by identifying problems and seeking solutions.
