Brigham and Women's Hospital Youth Summer Program is an exploration employment program that introduces high school students to the world of work and the dynamic career in healthcare. The goal is for the student to gain self-awareness of their talents and career interest, develop positive work habits that will promote their success in the future, and learn new skills. This program is open to students: Enrolled in high school 16 years old by June 1, 2025 A resident of the City of Boston, MA COVID Vaccinated Able to participate in the entire length of the program July 1, 2025 - August 15, 2025 Complete ALL onboarding paperwork requested Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience No experience required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Must be reliable and punctual. - Good time management skills. - Strong oral communication skills. - Ability to take and follow direction. - Willingness to learn.
