Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will serve as a pivotal point of contact for both internal teams and external customers. This role will primarily focus on assisting with administrative tasks, quoting, order entry, and addressing customer service issues to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:




  • High School diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency with Google workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles

  • Assisting with entering customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system
  • Coordinating with internal teams including engineering, production and shipping
  • Monitoring order status and providing updates to customers
  • Acting as the point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and professional responses via phone or email
  • Preparing and distributing sales-related documents, including quotations, invoices, and reports
  • Administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining customer records
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with customers and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Pay Transparency:

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $18.00/hour - $25.00/hour (DOE), plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
