This will include: starting up and shutting down the brine making operation, ensuring sufficient raw materials are ordered and available, measuring and mixing ingredients according to specifications, understanding formulas in order to ensure proper specifications are met, troubleshooting and correcting problems, and completing documentation. Must be able to alter start/end time of shift based on production needs. Essential Functions
