Responsibilities for an Account Executive include:
  • Sales and Business Development - 80% office and 20% in market
    • Leverage our existing network through memberships such as MMA, SHRM, Waukesha County Business Alliance, Hartford Chamber of Commerce, etc to generate move prospects through the sales process.
    • Alongside a dynamic team, develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns to gain net-new business and grow existing clients.
    • Analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions utilizing solid problem solving and consultative skills.
    • In-person visits to existing customers and potential new clients
    • Work closely and strategically with Recruiting team in the early weeks of a new customer to ensure a smooth transition and gain marketable candidates.
Q ualifications/Success Indicators :
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent. Associates degree preferred.
  • 2+ years successful B2B sales experience. Experience in the staffing industry or selling services preferred
  • Ability to float in both the Milwaukee and Hartford offices as needed
  • Strong and effective teamwork with a willingness to collaborate on strategic initiatives to achieve company goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency and strong data entry skills, particularly with Microsoft and CRM.

  • Strong discipline and ability to work well alone.
