Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.'s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc. Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Provide support to Tremco/Dryvit by learning the different manufacturing processes and assisting with expansion project execution. Explore different design ideas and field quotes to assist in a smooth transition to warehouse expansion building.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Explore concepts and field quotes for automated pallet wrapping
  • Assist in design layout of new building. (racking, offices, locker room, etc).
  • Drive continuous improvement processes.
  • Work alongside plant leadership on creating and helping execute capital expense projects.
  • Generate MPST projects to drive cost savings and improve efficiency.


EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:



  • Must be rising sophomore, junior or senior in good academic standing


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:



  • Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:



  • Proficient in MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). CAD experience is preferred but not mandatory.


BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:



  • The hourly rate for applicants in this position is $26. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law. This position is part of our summer internship program. Employment will be from approximately June 1st through August 15th 2025. Hire dates are flexible based upon business needs and candidate schedules.
