Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.'s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc. Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Support manufacturing operations by entering BOMs and recipes, setting up workstations and storage systems, creating work instructions, and assisting in operator training for production efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports equipment improvement projects, collaborates with Engineering on safety and maintenance, develops preventive maintenance requirements, analyzes equipment data, and creates operational procedures using tools like PI and SAP.

* Assists with projects for improvement of equipment controls and operation.
* Work in conjunction with the Engineering group to support safety, quality, maintenance, and equipment operation.
* Assists with development predictive and preventive maintenance requirements.
* Monitor, collect, and analyze PI data to evaluate equipment health and operation.
* Participate in meetings to communicate information or collaborate on projects.
* Use computer apps and software tools such as PI and SAP.
* Create Lock-Out Tag Out Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and P&IDs.
* Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and P&IDs Assist Manufacturing Operations as Necessary

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:



  • The applicant must be a Junior or Senior enrolled in a university, pursuing a 4-year engineering degree.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:



  • The incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 50 lbs.
