Summary

Target RWE is looking to hire a Statistician to join our Epidemiology & Statistics team with a focus on improving the health and well-being of people through principled data science.

What You'll Do

* Write statistical analysis plans.

* Assemble analytic data files using R-based tools that exploit various AWS technologies

* Conduct statistical analysis using custom R-based analytic applications

* Generate meaningful data visualizations

* Provide quality checks throughout the research process

* Maintain strict version control of analyses and documentation using Gitlab

* Assist in report or manuscript preparation and review

* Interact with external partners and internal scientists

* Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Proficiency in R required. Preferred experience with observational data collection and analysis. Experience working with and analysing data from electronic health records or large healthcare claims databases is also preferred. Interest in implementing causal inference methods.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Total Rewards

The salary estimated for this position is $80,000- 115,000 per year. Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
