We are looking for an experienced Compensation HRIS Operations Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role will focus on managing the annual compensation planning process, ensuring seamless execution and providing key support as the primary liaison between the Compensation and HRIS teams. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management, a deep understanding of HRIS, and familiarity with compensation practices. Additionally, this role will offer exposure to traditional compensation activities, such as market benchmarking and job evaluations, making it a great opportunity to work at the intersection of compensation strategy, HR data management, and system optimization. You'll play a key role in driving the success of the company's compensation programs while gaining exposure to both the technical and strategic sides of HR. What You'll Do:

This is an exempt role (not eligible for overtime pay). Pay Transparency Salary Range:$95,000-$125,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
