About the position and team:
As a Director of Product Management at PointClickCare, you are responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution for the Post Acute product portfolio within the Acute and Payer business unit. This role is pivotal in shaping how post-acute insights and workflows integrate with acute care and payer ecosystems, driving value for health plans, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and post-acute providers.
You will develop and communicate strategy, priorities, and roadmaps, aligning cross-functionally on outcomes that enhance interoperability, improve care transitions, and support value-based care initiatives. You will lead, coach, and grow a team of product managers while fostering strong partnerships with Engineering, Customer Success, Implementation, and other operational teams to drive successful product execution.
In collaboration with leadership across the company, you will evaluate, prioritize, and execute the most impactful opportunities, balancing new innovations with the continuous improvement of existing products. Your success in this role will draw on your understanding of clinical workflows, regulatory and reimbursement landscapes, and customer needs across the care continuum.
With a track record of building scalable and impactful healthcare products, you will lead teams through discovery and delivery processes, ensuring strong product-market fit and measurable customer outcomes. You take a data-driven, customer-first approach, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution as a player-coach to optimize time to value. Key Responsibilities:

$189,000 - $210,000 a year
At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base salary range for this position is $189,000 - $210,000 + bonus or commission + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
