Part Time Benefit Eligible Schedule: 2 - 12 Hour Shifts, 7pm - 730am, every other weekend and holiday rotation Department: Monitoring Room Hospital: Henry Ford Providence Southfield Hospital Location: Southfield, MI Performs various activities regarding telemetry monitoring on patients requiring continual cardiac monitoring. Responsibilities: Oversees and communicates cardiac patterns on telemetric devices.\| Maintains telemetry monitoring equipment and supply inventory.\| Documents irregular rhythms and monitors changes in heartbeat.\| Forwards changes to nurse and/or attending physician for analysis and interpretation. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE REQUIRED: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
