Mass General Brigham offers a full range of care for our patients at our world-class hospitals and community healthcare centers.
The Intern will be involved in projects and invites, that include; * Support McLean Tech Services team in deploying and maintaining hospital issued hardware * Participate in various McLean Tech Services projects including Windows upgrades, Portable Device Inventory, and End of Life Device Replacements * Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support to hospital end-users * Organize and maintain ServiceNow tickets and inventory management Schedule Requirements: Weekly Onsite required, 4 days onsite in Belmont. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday Eastern Business hours, with 80% of the time spent onsite Belmont location, and 20% remote. Days onsite are flexible and due to business needs. Remote work requires stable, quiet, secure, compliant work station Education
