Hear more from our team members about why UnityPoint Health is a great place to work at https://dayinthelife.unitypoint.org Overview $10,000 New Hire Sign-on Bonus Shift Differential: $5.00/hour between 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; $7.50/hour between 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (at minimum of 4 hours worked) Weekend Differential: An additional $7.50/hour between Fridays at 11:00 PM - Mondays at 7:00 AM Responsibilities Utilizing the Nursing Process, coordinates and implements care of patients within an assigned unit of the hospital under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Patient Care Manager. Performs work of considerable difficulty. Represents nursing within Trinity Medical Center and works to improve the health of the communities we serve. Qualifications We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for this position. If you have greater than one year of nursing experience but less than 5 years you will qualify for $5000.00 Nurses with greater than 5 years qualify for $7500.00.
