Overview
The Manager, Analytics, is accountable for the operational execution of the Opportunity Analyses (OA) project plans and additional analytics projects as required for new customers or new projects specific to existing customers. Through the successful execution of the OA and Analytics process, the Manager, Analytics is responsible for partnering with Business Unit leadership, Go to Market, and any / all internal teams in driving new client growth and product expansion to existing clients, which feeds into company revenue. The individual will lead a team of data and insights analysts, lead the execution of analytics, development and delivery of internal and client-facing reporting and dashboards. The Manager will be responsible for creating and leading the OA and Analytics project plans; , identifying process improvement opportunities, coordinating and managing the client and Internal implementation effort with cross-functional groups, producing and monitoring complex operational reporting, and facilitating the resolution of delivery issues as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent.
- 4+ years' experience in advanced analytics, delivering actionable insights from data, database and big data analytics environments.
- 2+ years' experience working in a Hadoop based big data environment. (e.g.,Pig, Pyspark, HDFS, R, Spark).
- 2+ years' experience with business intelligence (data visualization and dashboarding, Tableau, etc) and multiple scripting languages (procedural languages such as T-SQL, Scala, R, Python, etc.).
- Experience with SQL syntax for multiple databases (e.g., standard MSSQL, PL/SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- 2+ years' experience of direct project management or overseeing all aspects of a client implementation effort operationally including evaluating complex operational reports, identifying concerns, and working individually and through cross-functional teams to re-align delivery back to target performance.
- 2+ years' experience leading cross-functional teams of implementation performers on multiple efforts simultaneously and driving the team to successful (on time, on budget, minimal issues) implementations.
- Experience in Agile environment, Jira preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and result oriented leadership skills with the ability to be a successful team builder in a time critical environment.
- Ability to consult on and apply knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to execute projects effectively and efficiently in alignment with organizational competencies and strategic business goals. Ability to articulate and document a scope, process, accountable owners and project milestones and timelines. Includes summarizing project health and outcomes at any point in the project lifecycle.
- Experience with healthcare billing and coding.
- Strong ability to use statistical methodology to solve business problems.
- Ability to actively and skillfully conceptualize, apply, analyze, synthesize, and/or evaluate information gathered from, or generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, or communication, as a guide to belief and action.
- Ability to gain acceptance of recommendations made to other departments or individuals for internal and external business partners.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point and Outlook).
- Advanced in MS Excel.
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project.
- Artistic eye capable of producing attractive, easy to use reports and analyses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Professional with ability to properly handle PHI and confidential information.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work within a matrixed organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate as a team.
- After hours / weekend work required where necessary for major deliverables / deadlines (not consistent).
- Must have flexibility and willingness to participate in the work processes of an international organization, including conference calls scheduled to accommodate global time zones.

Physical Requirements:
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

- Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
Base compensation ranges from $102,000 to $125,500 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
