We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product Manager II to join our Treasury Services team. This HYBRID (onsite/flex) role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and Lake Mary, FL. As a Vice President focusing on payments and clearing services, you will play a pivotal role in our company's ISO 20022 migration project. You will support client testing, contribute to the development of APIs and TreasuryEdge, and ensure smooth transitions and efficient implementations. Your expertise in payment systems, clearing products, and related regulations will be crucial in assisting clients with troubleshooting during migration phases and driving project success. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support the ISO 20022 migration project, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient implementation.
- Assist clients with testing and troubleshooting during migration phases.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of APIs and TreasuryEdge, providing subject matter expertise and support.
- Collaborate with various teams to drive project success and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on payments or clearing services.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, clearing products, and related regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
