Overview Gradient, a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and a wholly owned subsidiary of Geosyntec, operating in multiple states with headquarters in Boston, MA, is seeking a talented and detailed oriented Accounting Manager to join our 150 person environmental and risk sciences organization. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for all the accounting and financial management functions of the organization reporting directly to the Gradient Manager. Responsibilities include internal and external reporting, general ledger, GAAP compliance, AR/AP, budget preparation and reporting, and cash management. The ideal candidate would have a bachelors degree in accounting, knowledge of Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint, and at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role at a professional services firm are preferred. This is a part-time position with an expected time commitment of approximately 16 to 20 hours per week, up to 30 hours intermittently.
