Job Overview The Loyalty & Personalization Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing of personalization campaigns. This role involves managing campaigns and maintaining effective daily communication with cross-functional teams, including creative and design teams, leadership, and various internal and external partners. As customers increasingly seek personalized experiences, this position is essential in leading successful personalization campaigns. Personalization is a key growth area for Macy's, designed to differentiate the brand in the market, enhance customer experiences, foster long-term loyalty, and solidify Macy's position as a leader in the retail industry. What You Will Do
Skills You Will Need Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring all project timelines and deliverables are met. Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in building relationships and coordinating with cross-functional teams, internal and external partners, and leadership to ensure alignment on campaign strategies and execution. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in drafting briefs, managing project materials, tracking performance, and verifying campaign setups. Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain detailed records, manage a shared drive, and ensure efficient access to project documents and results. Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in tracking and analyzing campaign performance using data visualization tools, summarizing data, and recommending improvements. Problem-Solving: Capability to address issues that arise during the launch and execution of campaigns, ensuring a smooth production experience. Adaptability: Ability to take initiative, respond to inquiries, and manage independent projects in a fast-paced environment. Technical Proficiency: Strong background in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a preference for experience in digital, loyalty, or credit marketing. Verbal & Written Communication: Excellent skills in presenting information, responding to questions, and maintaining clear and concise communication with various stakeholders. Who You Are
