Clinical Services Coordinator, Intermediate (Bilingual)

Your Role

The Behavioral Health Utilization Management team provides utilization management and support for member seeking behavioral health treatment. The Clinical Services Coordinator (CSC), Intermediate, will report to the Supervisor of Operations, Behavioral Health Utilization Management. In this role you will maintain an on-going case load in which you will assist the member, family and/or caregiver, and provider in the coordination and utilization management of Behavioral Health Treatment (BHT) services, in consultation with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual Spanish, required
• Requires experience in case management/care coordination; experience supporting Medi-Cal populations preferred
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills with individuals, including physicians, members, patients, and service providers
• Requires knowledge of Medi-Cal BHT services and utilization management practices in a managed care setting
