Ethics, Audit, & Compliance Services Job Description
University of Missouri Ethics, Compliance, and Audit Services (ECAS) is an evolving and growing central services function for the four universities and health system of the University of Missouri. Our mission is to partner with leadership to preserve and create value consistent with the vision and direction of the university through internal audit, compliance, and investigative work. The position of Compliance Analyst provides support to the areas of privacy and compliance and will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and other tools to further the effectiveness and enforcement efforts of the team. The Compliance Analyst will be supporting the universities through research of data privacy, and other applicable state, federal, and international regulations. Cataloging regulatory changes, maintaining an updated reference, and communicating changes to the correct divisions within UM System will be a key function of this position. The Compliance Analyst provides support, as necessary, in the investigation and tracking of data breaches and privacy violations, and safeguarding efforts to prevent future breaches. Key Responsibilities Shift
Monday - Friday, 8-5pm Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications

Salary Range: $51,875 - $70,000 per year Benefit Eligibility
