Job Title: Preferred Banking Lead
Location: West Sahara
What you'll do: As a client facing Preferred Banking Lead, you will partner with leadership to coach and execute the full client life cycle for clients. You will promote and exemplify the department's "sales, service, operations" philosophy through client interactions. You will respond to and resolve client requests and provide expert advice and guidance for these clients utilizing products and services such as treasury management, loans, commercial, and personal accounts. You will work with internal departments and resources such as the Preferred Banker support system to drive client satisfaction. You will support the team through a career experience journey to augment banking knowledge for more effective work solutions and career growth opportunities by achieving and exceeding department metrics, conducting training sessions, and demonstrating knowledge through customer and team interactions.
Manage and maintain relationships with clients by earning trust, thoroughly understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, and execute the complete client life cycle by developing thoughtful solutions and delivering an exceptional client experience. Participate in Payables, Receivables, and Working Capital client discussions Work with internal partners to provide interdisciplinary expertise and help generate business results and acquire new assets, both from existing client base and new client acquisition Ensure that proposed solutions fulfill clients' needs and objectives in the short, medium and long term through a holistic goals based planning approach Oversee and manage distribution of work for their designated team, facilitate cross training opportunities, and provide reporting to management on production, turnaround times and other key data points. Ensure the team meets service level standards including sales, customer service, turn-around time, risk management and regulatory compliance, audit soundness, and productivity and efficiency. May also monitor individual team member progress on their career experience journey to support their career progression and ensure optimal client support for all client inquiries or requests. Assist leadership by creating and executing strategic business initiatives driven by data analytics. This may require change management techniques with other internal departments, proactively keeping up-to-date with Bank products, and completing other duties as assigned. At times, may lead and develop a team; responsible for participating in hiring, coaching, performance management, training, and development.
What you'll need:
High school diploma 5+ years of professional or relevant experience including, but not limited to Treasury Management Sales or Treasury Management Service or Branch Banking, or other applicable financial experience. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, and may be substituted for years of experience Product Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of banking products or related business software Energetic individual that is self-motivated, coachable, and flexible in thought Enjoys a fast-paced environment with changing and evolving responsibility Detailed oriented Invested in personal development Consistently pursues client experience excellence Works quickly to fulfill client needs delivering complex solutions Strong speaking and writing skills for internal and external audiences (ex: sales or leadership) Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience with Salesforce a plus Professional verbal and written communication Previous leadership experience preferred.
Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $73,085.00 - $90,278.00 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
