Description

The IT OnBase Administrator designs customized Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions for business units. Responsible for determining/documenting the technical requirements, developing functional specifications, and implementing comprehensive "end-to-end" document capture, scan, store, and retrieval solutions. Participates in document discovery and statement of work processes to clearly define the scope of solving defined business problems. Develops project plans consisting of a work breakdown structure of tasks and manage the pre-production issues and change orders, as required. Designs and implements complex ECM workflow solutions in concert with base system installations. Delivers post-production technical support as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Architects, develops and implements complex custom ECM solutions.
  • Facilitates technical discovery meetings with business units.
  • Author's functional specification documents and ascertains customer approval.
  • Develops the work break down structure of tasks required to implement and deploy an approved ECM solution.
  • Authors, facilitates and executes approved change management orders as required by the business.
  • Provides rollover support to end users, when the Help Desk is not available, or issue escalation is required.
  • Acquires and maintains current technical knowledge of relevant product/ service offerings as it pertains to document capture, storage, retrieval, electronic workflow and data and systems integration.
  • Evaluates current workflow and methods, recommends and implements new ways to service the business customers.
  • Makes oral and/or written presentations of system analysis, design and operational data in a clear, concise and non-technical manner.
  • Communicates with users orally, in person and on the telephone to solve concerns and recommend alternatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS



  • 5+ years of experience in managing/implementing medium to high complexity projects required.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing OnBase ECM solutions required.
  • Prior experience with business process improvement projects.
  • Proficient in SQL required.
  • OCASA, OCAWA and/or OCSE certifications required.



A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $37.73/hr to $62.87/hr. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A discretionary bonus and/or business line incentive may be provided, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
